How do you define success in life?

Life, to me, is not a destination. It is a collection of experiences, lessons, unexpected turns, difficult decisions and beautiful moments that remind us why we keep going.

I define life by the freedom to become, the courage to change and the willingness to embrace the chapters that don’t always go according to plan.

It is in the laughter shared over a simple conversation, the friendships that catch us by surprise, the challenges that test our resilience and the quiet moments when we realise just how far we’ve come.

Life isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s about discovering who you are along the way without allowing your circumstances or somebody else’s expectations to dictate your worth.

I’ve learned that not every season will be comfortable, not every connection will last and not every door that closes is a loss. Sometimes, life is making room for something we haven’t yet imagined.

I don’t believe in putting life on hold while waiting for the perfect moment. We have to live, learn, experience and, sometimes, take a chance on ourselves.

Perhaps that’s what life means to me: the opportunity to keep becoming, without apologising for outgrowing who I once was.

And if there’s one thing I would encourage anyone to do, it is this: don’t spend so much time trying to meet the expectations of others that you forget to experience your own life. Remember to check out my previous posts.
