How To Handle Fear and Self-Doubt

Fear and self-doubt still visit me from time to time, but I’ve learned not to let them unpack their bags and stay forever. I handle fear by reminding myself that growth rarely feels comfortable. Every new chapter, every risk, every dream begins with uncertainty.

Self-doubt can be loud, but I’ve realised it doesn’t always tell the truth. Sometimes you have to move forward shaking, nervous, and unsure — but move anyway. I’ve survived moments I once thought would break me, and that alone reminds me how strong I truly am.

I try to give myself grace on the hard days and celebrate even the smallest wins. Progress is progress, no matter how slow. Fear may ride in the passenger seat sometimes, but it no longer gets to drive.
