The moment I would really want to relive is one from my childhood, when my father would take me to the beach.
He would bring the dog along and tell me to paddle like him. 😂 I tried, but clearly, I had not been blessed with that particular talent. I couldn’t paddle to save my life!
But the best part came before we headed home. My father would buy the freshest catch of the day straight from the fishermen.
Looking back, it wasn’t really about the beach or even the fish. It was about being with my father, being a child, and having those simple moments that you don’t realise are precious until they’re memories.
If I could relive that moment, I wouldn’t change a thing.
I’d just paddle badly, laugh about it, and enjoy having my father there. ❤️
From the podcast to the page, we rise.
