I just want to live my life. By Kamika Manning.
No unnecessary stress.
No overthinking who, what, or when.
No constant searching for answers that were never meant to rush me.
Just… peace.
In ten years, I see myself slower. Softer. More present.
In tune with nature—the kind of connection where the sun feels like healing, the ocean feels like home, and silence no longer feels empty.
I see myself travelling.
Warmer countries.
Open skies.
Views that remind me how small my worries really are.
I see freedom—not just financially, but mentally.
Free from noise. Free from pressure. Free from anything that doesn’t align with who I’m becoming.
I see myself at book retreats—attending some, hosting others.
Spaces filled with words, healing, creativity, and truth.
Helping others find their voice while continuing to honour mine.
And somewhere in that life… I’m still writing.
Still creating. Still pouring.
Hopefully, I’m working on book number seven by then—because I never stopped believing in my voice, even when it felt quiet.
That’s the life I want.
Simple. Intentional. Aligned.
Not chasing.
Just being.
What about you?
